By combining carefully selected flours and fibers, this blend delivers a more balanced baking experience with added nutrition — bringing gluten-free baking closer to the wholesome simplicity our grandmothers knew.

Ancient Grain Mixes

Contains Wheat (Einkorn – Gluten)

Before the 1950s, home bakers commonly used ancient grains like Einkorn and Spelt, not the modern all-purpose flour we know today.

That’s why these mixes use freshly milled Einkorn flour as their base.
